Task Mate is a staff tool for planning extra cleaning in the Unity Living studios in Helsinki. It is not a guest register. The organisation that runs this install is the controller of the staff data below.
The record holds a person’s name, username, role, and a one-way scramble of the password. It also holds which person changed a studio, a task, or an account, and the previous date of a task. Studio numbers and task dates are work records, not guest names.
The purpose is to plan and record that work. The database file stays on a disk in Stockholm, Sweden, inside the EU. Times are stored in Helsinki time. There is no advertising and no extra tracker.
The sign-in cookie is named taskmate_session. It is required to keep you signed in, the page script cannot read it, and it is removed when you log out. A browser outside this site does not send it with a form post.
An admin can correct or remove a user account, and can set a forgotten password back to the starting password. The scramble cannot be turned back into the password, so an admin cannot read it. Task-date history stays so a later report can be made from it. Ask your admin if you want to see what is stored under your name.
